We certainly understand that life happens and you may need to shift your appointment. When late cancellations happen, it causes disruption to the flow of clients, but more importantly, it takes appointment slots away from other clients. We kindly request a 48-hour notice call at 603-216-1749 of the need to change the appointment. “No call, no show”, will be charged $150 and will not be able to book again unless a 50% deposit is placed on the reservation. 

• If 30 minutes is reserved, the charge is $75 
• If 60 minutes is reserved, the charge is $150 minimum (or 50% of the service booked)
• If you cancel or no show for the complimentary consultation, a deposit of $75 will be collected to rebook the consultation. The deposit will be used towards your first treatment.

Deposits Required

Treatments over $400 will now require a 50% deposit upon booking. The deposit can be shifted to a different appointment date/time if you need to rebook; however, the cancellation policy is still in effect for late cancellations.
