What Does Photofacial/IPL Treat?

We chose the Cutera Xeo+ to be able to deliver many laser options for our valued guests.
The photofacial light is capable of stimulating and encouraging various responses from cells in the body by using intense pulsed light (IPL). The great advantage is that we can focus on your goals and customize your treatments to only target a specific area and focus on that spot, no matter how large or small. Whether it’s brown spots, visible blood vessels, rosacea, acne, or acne scars, the body’s response to the laser light will encourage new cell growth, produce collagen, treat pigmentation concerns, and more to achieve the precise results you want. It’s common for patients to begin to see results after one treatment, but multiple treatments (typically 2-4 for most) are usually required for the best outcome. Your unique situation will determine how many treatments you need. We are well-versed in treating all skin tones and have lasers safe for most skin types. Benefits of Laser treatments include:
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Brown pigmentation
  • Rosacea, diffuse
  • redness, and broken
  • capillaries

Before and After Treatment

How Does Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Work?

IPL uses a broad spectrum of high-intensity light sources to treat vascular lesions, rosacea, pigmented lesions, sun damage, acne, and more. Typically 2-4 sessions (or until goal achieved) 4 weeks apart. With year maintenance going forward as needed. This treatment has no tan or self-tanner on the skin. It can be done anywhere on the body as well.
